Under GTZ financing Health Focus provided one senior expert to help streamline and strengthen the national and regional planning exercises in the field of HIV and AIDS. The senior expert participated in different planning processes helping structuring the working processes, providing participants with useful planning tools and guiding planning teams through the planning processes.
