Objective:

Technical support to enable the CCM get on a fast track mode of proposal implementation, considering the multiple areas of framework that has to be in place for the draw-down of funds to commence

Content:

The CCM was responsible for the coordination of Nigeria’s Country Proposal to the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. To be able to finalise the preliminary working steps towards the first disbursement of funds by the GFATM, the CCM needed technical support.

• Review of existing proposal documents;
• Consultation with key role players of CCM;
• National response programmes;
• Formulation of management structures all in collaboration with national consultants (interviews with key persons, working groups, meetings, planning sessions).
